In the service we take care of the companyÂŽs accounting, controlling, draft of year end closing, annual reports, annual general meetings, and income tax returns.
After our management of a dormant company, it will often proceed to a fast liquidation and sale to a lower tax rate for a physical person. For some assignments we combine the accounting service with services to keep the companyÂŽs registered address and act like a special agent for service of process if the company miss a board member living in Sweden. In some assignments we could also design an additional service for administration for the physical shareholder.
