All foreign companies have the possibility to register branches in Sweden to run the business for the Swedish market. In our service we draft all necessary documents for registration, act like project leaders and contact for the registration at Swedish Companies Registration Office.
All branches must have a registered CEO. If the CEO doesn´t live in Europe (the EEA) Servando can as an additional service act as special agent for service of process.
We can also assist with tax registration for the branch.
Except establishment and registration of a branch we can also assist with changes in the registration or winding up of existing branches.
