All Swedish companies need a representative living in Sweden so the company could be reached by courts and authorities. When the Swedish company doesn´t have any representative (board member or CEO) living in Sweden it must elect a special agent to be registered in the company at the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
Servando run these assignments through its CEO, Fredrik Ståhl, by receiving services from courts, authorities, or others. In the assignment we directly send a receipt to the sender to confirm our notice and at the same time inform the company and the board for their knowledge and handling.
